Pretzelwiches
Pretzels originated in Europe and were brought to America by German immigrants. They are traditionally twisted into a knot shape before being baked.
This is vegetarian and high protein recipe. Dish can be prepared in 35 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 7.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Slice the pretzel buns in half horizontally.

Place the bottom halves of the buns on a baking sheet.

Layer each bottom bun with 2 slices of turkey, 1 slice of cheddar cheese, lettuce, and tomato slices.

Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the top halves of the buns.

Place the top halves of the buns on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

Place the top halves of the buns on the bottom halves to make sandwiches.
