Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium heat.

Clean the Portobello mushrooms and remove the stems.

In a small bowl, mix together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Brush the mushroom caps with the balsamic mixture.

Grill the mushrooms for about 5-7 minutes per side, until tender.

While the mushrooms are grilling, heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.

Slice the tomatoes and add them to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, until softened.
