Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a mini muffin pan with paper liners.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate large bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Gently fold in the creamy peanut butter and chocolate chips.

Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin pan, filling each liner about 3/4 full.

Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
