In a separate large bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

Fold in the dark chocolate chips, salted peanuts, and banana bread chips.

Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
