Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

Crush the Oreo cookies and combine them with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Mix in sour cream, flour, and salt until well combined.

Stir in crushed Oreo cookies.

Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.

Bake for 60 minutes, or until the center is set.

Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, before serving.
