Ingredients
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Crush the chocolate cookies until fine crumbs form. Mix the cookie crumbs with melted unsalted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
-
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
-
Melt the semi-sweet chocolate and let it cool slightly. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture into the prepared crust. Drizzle half of the melted chocolate on top. Use a knife to create a marbled effect. Repeat with the remaining cream cheese mixture and melted chocolate.
-
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are slightly golden. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour.
-
Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
-
Serve chilled and enjoy!
