In a large skillet, sauté the mushrooms, carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic until tender.

Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir to coat.

Slowly add vegetable broth and milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.

Add thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.

Place the pie crust over the filling, trimming any excess dough.
