Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients while whisking continuously until the batter is smooth.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter.

Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan, swirling it around to evenly coat the bottom.

Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown.

Flip the crepe and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
