Roll out the sweet pastry dough and line a tart tin with it.

In a bowl, mix the chestnut puree, icing sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whip the whipping cream until soft peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the chestnut mixture.
