  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in sour cream.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the cheesecake pan.
