Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the crust ingredients and press into the bottom of individual dessert dishes.

Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool.

In another bowl, prepare the lemon filling by whisking together the lemon juice, condensed milk, and egg yolks until smooth.

Pour the lemon filling onto the cooled crusts.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until frothy. Gradually add the sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form.

Spoon the meringue topping over the lemon filling, making sure to cover the edges.

Sprinkle lemon zest on top.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the meringue is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 1 hour.
