Reindeer are not just for Christmas! In some cultures, reindeer meat is considered a delicacy and is enjoyed year-round.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely on a wire rack.
  8. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  9. Dip the top of each cupcake into the melted chocolate and place two candy eyes on each cupcake.
  10. Break the pretzels in half and insert them into the cupcakes to resemble antlers.
  11. Place a red M&M's on each cupcake for the nose.
  12. Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
