• 2 unit Egg Whites
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
• 100 gram All-purpose Flour

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and powdered sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Add the egg whites and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix well.
4. Gradually add the all-purpose flour to the mixture and stir until well combined.
5. Transfer the batter into a piping bag fitted with a plain round tip.
6. Pipe the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming long, thin strips.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
8. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
9. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack and let them cool completely.
