  3. Add the grated zucchini, flour, egg, mint leaves, dill, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
  4. Form the mixture into small patties.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Remove the patties from the pan and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  8. Let the zucchini cakes rest for 10 minutes before serving.
