Preheat oven to 375°F. Unroll phyllo dough; cover with plastic wrap to prevent drying out.

Mix spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and salt until well blended.

Layer 3 phyllo sheets, brushing each sheet lightly with butter. Spread 1/3 of the spinach mixture onto the phyllo stack, leaving a 1/2-inch border on all sides. Roll up tightly, starting at one short end. Repeat to make 2 additional rolls.

Cut each roll into 4 pieces. Place, seam sides down, on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Brush with remaining butter.
