  2. Cut the tops off the green bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.

  4. Add the quinoa, black beans, corn kernels, tomato, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Fill each bell pepper with the quinoa mixture and place them in a baking dish.
