Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies until fine crumbs form.

In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter and mix well.

Press the mixture into the bottom of individual cheesecake pans or ramekins.

In a separate mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Stir in sour cream and flour until well combined.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the cheesecake pans.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

Remove from the oven and let cool at room temperature for 10 minutes.

Transfer to the refrigerator and let chill for at least 2 hours.
