Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a baking dish.

Cut the bread into cubes.

In a large bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

Add the bread cubes and raisins to the bowl and mix well.
