  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the pretzels into small pieces and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter, peanut butter, and brown sugar over medium heat until smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the crushed pretzels until well coated.
  5. Press the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  6. In a separate saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and heavy cream over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  7. Pour the chocolate mixture over the baked pretzel crust and spread evenly.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  9. Cut into bars and serve.
