Cremini mushrooms are also known as baby bella mushrooms and have a slightly stronger flavor than white button mushrooms.

This is vegetarian, gluten free and low carb recipe. Dish can be prepared in 40 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 8.

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat.
  5. In a bowl, combine the cooked spinach, feta cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  6. Stuff each mushroom cap with the spinach mixture.
  7. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
