Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) if baking, or heat oil in a deep pan if frying.

In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.

Gradually add water to the dry ingredients while whisking to form a smooth batter.

Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is evenly coated.

If baking, place the coated florets on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

If frying, carefully drop the coated florets into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the pakoras from the oven or pan and drain excess oil on a paper towel.

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
