Preheat the grill to medium heat.

In a large bowl, combine the corn kernels, lima beans, red bell pepper, onion, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, lemon juice, fresh parsley, salt, and black pepper.

Toss well to coat the vegetables with the oil and seasonings.

Place the vegetable mixture in a grill basket or wrap it in aluminum foil.

Grill for 10-15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred, stirring occasionally.
