This Napoleon Rules!
The Napoleon pastry is believed to have originated in France, but it gained popularity in Russia during the 19th century and became a traditional Russian dessert.
This is vegetarian recipe. Dish can be prepared in 170 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 6.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into rectangles.

Place the pastry rectangles on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

In a bowl, whisk together the vanilla pastry cream and whipped cream until well combined.

Once the puff pastry rectangles have cooled, spread a layer of the cream mixture on top of one rectangle.

Place another puff pastry rectangle on top and repeat the process until all the pastry rectangles and cream mixture are used.

Dust the top layer with powdered sugar.

Decorate with sliced strawberries and mint leaves.

Allow the Napoleon to rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
