Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, and salt.

In a separate bowl, cream together coconut oil, brown sugar, molasses, egg, and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.

Fold in chopped almonds.

Form the dough into a log shape on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until firm to the touch.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.

Reduce the oven temperature to 325°F (160°C).

Slice the log into 1/2-inch thick slices.

Place the slices back on the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crisp.
