  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggnog, flour, vanilla extract, and nutmeg. Mix until well combined.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in the oven for 1 hour.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  7. Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
