In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the condensed milk and dark chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.

Pour in the Guinness beer and stir until well combined.

Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt flakes.

If desired, fold in the chopped walnuts.

Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
