Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Gently fold in the cranberries.

In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the crumb topping: flour, sugar, and butter. Mix until crumbly.
