Fried Rice
Fried rice originated in China and has been a popular dish in Asian cuisines for centuries. It was traditionally made as a way to use up leftover rice and various ingredients.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant and onion is translucent.

Add carrots, peas, and corn, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and pour the beaten eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.

Add cooked rice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes, ensuring the rice is well coated with the sauce.

Stir in chopped green onions and cook for an additional minute.

Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
