Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined.

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust. Drop spoonfuls of raspberry preserves onto the cream cheese mixture. Use a knife to swirl the preserves into the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan on a wire rack for 2 hours.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until chilled and set. Cut into bars and serve.
