Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a blender, combine flour, sugar, salt, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.

Place butter in a 10-inch oven-safe skillet or baking dish and melt in the preheated oven.

Once the butter is melted, remove the skillet from the oven and pour the batter into the hot skillet.

Return the skillet to the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until puffed and golden.

Remove from the oven and top with fresh berries.
