In a large bowl, mix together the oatmeal, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, brown sugar, vegetable oil, applesauce, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Fold in the diced apple, raisins, and chopped walnuts.
