Trim the ends of the brussel sprouts and cut them in half.

Slice the pear into thin wedges.

In a large bowl, toss the brussel sprouts and pear with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.

Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet in a single layer.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the brussel sprouts are crispy and golden brown.
