Roll out the pie crust and press it into a pie dish.

In a pot of boiling water, blanch the broccoli florets for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg.

Spread the blanched broccoli florets and grated cheddar cheese evenly over the pie crust.
