Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into small squares.

Place the squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool.

In a bowl, mix the whipped cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.

Cut the strawberries into small pieces.

Slice each puff pastry square in half horizontally.

Spread a layer of whipped cream on the bottom half of each puff pastry square.

Top with a spoonful of strawberries.

Place the top half of the puff pastry square on the strawberries.
