  2. Gradually add the ice-cold water, one tablespoon at a time, and pulse until the dough comes together.
  3. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead it gently until smooth.
  4. Divide the dough in half and shape each half into a flat disc. Wrap them in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
