  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Crush the chocolate cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate and milk chocolate together with heavy cream over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt.
  6. Slowly pour the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, whisking constantly.
  7. Pour the filling into the pie crust.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until the filling is set.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours.
  10. Serve chilled with whipped cream on top.
