Banana-Peanut Butter & Caramel Bread Pudding
Bread pudding is believed to have originated in the 11th or 12th century as a way to use stale bread and avoid wastage.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a baking dish.

Cut the bread into cubes and set aside.

In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas.

Add peanut butter, caramel sauce, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, and salt to the mashed bananas. Mix well.

Place the bread cubes into the greased baking dish.

Pour the banana-peanut butter mixture over the bread cubes. Make sure all the bread cubes are soaked.

Let it rest for 10 minutes to allow the bread to absorb the mixture.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

Serve warm and drizzle with additional caramel sauce if desired.
