Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.

Stir in the peppermint extract.

Dip each Oreo into the melted chocolate, coating it completely.

Place the dipped Oreos on the prepared baking sheet.

Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top of each dipped Oreo.

Let the dipped Oreos rest for 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
