In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.

Stir in the peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
