Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

Melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Slowly pour the melted chocolate mixture into the sugar mixture, stirring until well combined.

Sift in the all-purpose flour and cocoa powder, and fold gently until just combined.

Stir in the white chocolate chunks.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
