Gluten Free Chocolate and Cointreau Tarts
Cointreau is a popular orange liqueur that adds a unique flavor to these gluten-free chocolate tarts.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, almond flour, sugar, and salt.

Add the softened butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Add the eggs and Cointreau, and mix until the dough comes together.

Press the dough into individual tart pans and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is firm.

In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate over a pan of simmering water.

In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.

Fold the melted chocolate and orange zest into the whipped cream.

Spoon the chocolate mixture into the baked tart shells and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.

Serve the tarts chilled, topped with fresh berries.
