In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and milk together.

Gradually pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture, whisking continuously until smooth.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter.

Pour a ladleful of batter onto the skillet and tilt the skillet to spread the batter evenly.

Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to brown, then flip the crepe and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Repeat with the remaining batter.
