  1. Crush the chocolate wafer cookies in a food processor. Mix with melted butter and press into the bottom of a pie dish.

  3. In a separate bowl, whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour half of the mixture onto the crust in the pie dish.
  6. Add melted chocolate to the remaining mixture and mix well.
  7. Pour the chocolate mixture over the white mixture in the pie dish.
  8. Use a knife to create a marbled effect by swirling the two mixtures together.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  10. Serve chilled with whipped cream and chocolate shavings on top.
