Roll out the pie crust and line a pie dish with it.

In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, cooked ham, cooked sausage, salt, black pepper, and parsley.

Pour the mixture into the pie crust.

Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.
