In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

In a blender, puree strawberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.

Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust in the muffin tin.

Drizzle the strawberry puree over the cream cheese mixture.

Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the strawberry puree into the cream cheese mixture.

Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
