  5. Shape the dough into a disk, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  7. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch (6 cm) thickness.
  8. Cut into desired shapes using cookie cutters.
  9. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  10. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
