  2. In a large bowl, prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions, using vegetable oil and eggs.
  3. Pour the brownie batter into a greased 9x9-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Bake the brownies for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few crumbs.
  5. Remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool for about 10 minutes.
  6. In a medium bowl, dissolve the Jell-O gelatin mix in boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
  7. Add cold water to the Jell-O mixture and stir well. Let the mixture cool for about 5 minutes.

  9. Pour the Jell-O mixture evenly over the brownies, making sure to fill the holes.
