Jell-O Ween Poke Brownies

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions, using vegetable oil and eggs.

Pour the brownie batter into a greased 9x9-inch baking dish and spread evenly.

Bake the brownies for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few crumbs.

Remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool for about 10 minutes.

In a medium bowl, dissolve the Jell-O gelatin mix in boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.

Add cold water to the Jell-O mixture and stir well. Let the mixture cool for about 5 minutes.

Use a fork or skewer to poke holes all over the top of the brownies.

Pour the Jell-O mixture evenly over the brownies, making sure to fill the holes.

Refrigerate the brownies for at least 1 hour or until the Jell-O is set.

Once the Jell-O is set, spread Cool Whip over the top of the brownies.
