  2. Separate the eggs, placing the yolks in one bowl and the whites in another.
  3. In the bowl with the egg yolks, add sugar and whisk until pale and creamy.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  5. Gradually fold the melted chocolate into the egg yolk mixture.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
  7. In the bowl with the egg whites, add a pinch of salt and whisk until stiff peaks form.
  8. Fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture.
  9. Divide the mousse into serving glasses or bowls.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  11. Serve chilled and enjoy!
