  5. Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into crescent moon shapes.
  6. Place the crescents on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack for about 10 minutes.
  9. Dust the cooled crescents with powdered sugar and sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
