Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Melt the milk chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until pale and fluffy.

Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, stirring well.

Sift in the flour and fold gently until combined.

Divide the mixture evenly among four greased ramekins.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until risen and set.

Meanwhile, whip the nougat and whipping cream together until soft peaks form.

Add the powdered sugar and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.

Remove the souffles from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.

Serve the souffles with a dollop of the nougat whip on top.
